• You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using any service provided by our platform.

• Target Requirements: Your profile, page, post, or channel must remain completely Public at all times during order delivery. Orders submitted with private or deleted links cannot be delivered.
• Correct Link Formats: Always verify that the link format matches the specific instructions provided in the service description before submitting your order.
• Simultaneous Orders: Do not place two similar or overlapping services on the same target link at the same time. Wait until the first order is marked Completed before submitting a new one.
• Speed & Delivery Pace: Listed delivery speeds and start times are general estimates based on recent activity. Actual start times may vary depending on network traffic, queue volume, or platform updates.
• Interaction Disclaimer: We guarantee the delivery of the purchased quantity (followers, likes, views, subscribers, etc.). However, we do not guarantee continuous organic engagement, comments, or purchases from delivered accounts.

• No Chargebacks: By depositing funds, you explicitly agree that you will not file a dispute, chargeback, or claim through your bank, bKash, Nagad, PayPal, Stripe, or any payment gateway.
• Order Adjustments: If an order fails, is canceled, or is partially delivered by our automated system, the corresponding unused amount will be automatically returned to your panel balance.
• Fraudulent Activity: Any unauthorized transactions, fraudulent payment attempts, or unjustified chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account, API keys, and IP access.

Social media algorithms periodically update and may remove inactive accounts. Different services have distinct stability terms.

• Refill-Eligible Services: Services with a specified refill guarantee (e.g., 30 Days Refill, Lifetime Refill) allow you to request a refill if the delivered count drops below the target count during the active warranty period.
• No-Refill Services: Services clearly labeled as "No Refill", "No Drop Guarantee", or "Standard Quality" do not include refill coverage once delivery is completed.
• Start Count Calculation: Refill calculations are determined based on the initial start count recorded when the order was placed. If your account count drops below the initial start count due to organic loss, refill cannot be provided.

• Personal Data: Your account information, email address, password hashes, and order logs are securely stored and will never be shared, sold, or distributed to third parties.
• Zero Password Access: We will NEVER ask for your social media account passwords. Our services require only your public profile, post, or video URL.
• API Key Confidentiality: Users are solely responsible for keeping their API keys confidential. Any automated orders placed via your API key will be deducted from your balance.

• We are not responsible or liable for any account restrictions, suspensions, content removals, or policy enforcement actions enacted by third-party social media networks.
• Users agree to use our services at their own risk and discretion as a supporting component of their broader social media marketing strategy.
